BioSpark Labs, located in the heart of Science Square, is a collaborative shared laboratory environment designed as a launch pad for high potential entrepreneurs in life-sciences and bio-tech start-ups. BioSpark Labs offers fully fit-out, equipped, and professionally operated laboratory and open office space. On day one, you will have the necessary services and support that early-stage companies need to begin lab operations. The space is intellectually and culturally enhanced with researchers participating in a rich collaborative community environment adjacent to the Georgia Tech campus.

Visitor Parking at Encore
There are 6-floors of on-site, covered parking, with a total of 808 parking spaces managed by 12 OAKS Parking Services. Park on the 4th floor for the easiest access to the Encore suite.
For visiting Encore, pay for parking with the Park Mobile app or on the Park Mobile Website (Zone #3232).
